The Floed-Lane House is open most Sundays from 1-4. All are welcome to come and stroll through history and visit the beautiful pollinator garden.
We are in need of hosts in the house museum on Sundays. You can volunteer for any Sunday you like. All help is appreciated. Call or text us at 541-672-4386 for more information. You will work with us until you are comfortable.

The Douglas County Historical Society’s mission is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and publish historical material related to Douglas County, Oregon. Specifically, we maintain The Floed-Lane House Museum and open it to the public. We also publish the Umpqua Trapper four times a year. It is our goal to make young people aware of their heritage and the history of their community.
